"No one looks back on their life and remembers the nights they got plenty of sleep" Anon.

When we first started thinking about planning our wedding, we decided that we both wanted to spend as much time with you as possible! For that reason we've tried to keep things really casual. We (as expected) will be there for the whole of the weekend; please make sure you come to the legal bit (see 'Saturdays' entry) - but we'd love to see you for as much or as little of the rest as you feel like coming to!

Friday 26th July

The finishing touches...

6pm (ish)

For those of you lovely people that wish to come up the night before, tents will be available from now (ish). For those staying off-site, please check with your hotels for check-in times

7.30pm.

Down tools! After a full-on two days of tent-erecting madness we will be off to the North Arms, a charming Cotswold hostelry, for a pint and a well earned meal for all

11pm.

For those planning to come up tomorrow on the day itself, right about now you should be starting the panic'd packing. Just make sure you have your wellies...

 Saturday 27th July

The big day...

From 10am.

For those arriving today, carparking and welcome coffee & nibbles will be available from 10 o'clock onwards. Settle in, check your makeup and stretch out those M40 legs

1pm.

We leave for the venue. All aboard the Wedding Bus for the drive to the ceremony

2pm.

The official bit. Rings, "I do's", photographs and a possible tear or two. A chance to catch up with people you haven't seen for ages and soak up some Pimms (and hopefully sun...)

4pm.

Back to base and the start of the evening. Speeches and food leads onto...

7pm.

...cheese and ceilidh. All are required to dance. No doctors' (or vets') notes accepted.

10pm.

A little more fun as the sun goes down!

Sunday 28th July

..the morning after.

From 9am (possibly...)

For those who can master  being vertical at this time coffee and pastries await

10.30am.

Time for a proper feed - a casual BBQ and (for those energetically minded souls) a selection of classic British pastimes. Tug-o'-war, egg & spoon races, French Cricket (we know) and napping in the sun

1pm onwards.

Having revived and eaten, a walk for those who wish; tea and cake with the neighbours for those who don't.
